Job Role:
A successful Office Admin will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we'd like to move further.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:Provide administrative support and work closely with the management & admin team
Manage office inventory requirements
Purchase goods, equipment, and process invoices
Supervise support staff and ensure that the office is neat, clean & hygienic
Organizing and managing events
Coordinating with external vendors for servicing
Manage logistics for events and meetings
Handling admin queries and complaints from the office staff
Implement actions to improve the infrastructure
Courier Management / Transport Management /Vendor Management / Pantry/Cafeteria Management
Arrangement and inventory of all consumables and supplies
Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports
Taking facility rounds and finding out snags and finding solution
Office space management
Good knowledge - experience in MS Office Presentation, Preparing MIS Reports, Dashboards
Profile Qualifications -Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Open to work in night shift.
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
