The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through online platforms and maintaining strong business relationships with e-commerce partners, distributors, and retailers. This role requires expertise in e-commerce platforms, account management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sales targets are achieved and delivery timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management
Deliver half-yearly and yearly primary and tertiary sales targets across online portals/partners.
Channel & Platform Partner Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key e-commerce partners such as Amazon, VRP, Ajio, TataCliq, and TataCliq Luxury.
Distributor Management
Manage and grow relationships with key distributors including Crystalcar and Youvana Sales Pvt. Ltd.
Delivery & Operations
Ensure minimal deviations from secured appointment timelines for Alpha shipments.
Oversee operations related to product listing, purchase order processing, and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of revenue targets (half-yearly and yearly).
Growth of assigned distributor/partner accounts.
Timely execution of shipments with minimal delays.
Increased dealer/retailer engagement (LFR).
