Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the visual direction of campaigns across digital, social media, print, and branding
Develop creative concepts and guide the design team from idea to execution
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, marketing teams, and clients
Review and approve designs, layouts, and final creatives
Mentor and manage junior designers and art team members
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
5+ years of experience in a creative agency or brand environment
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital creatives
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience in digital marketing creatives, social media, and ad campaigns
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with advertising agencies or creative studios
Knowledge of motion graphics or video design is a plus
Experience handling client presentations and feedback
