What You'll Do

As a Senior Art Director, you will:


Lead creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media. Collaborate closely with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns. Translate brand and business objectives into visually powerful, idea-driven concepts. Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors--ensuring high creative standards. Review and refine creative outputs before delivery, maintaining quality and consistency. Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay ahead of design, advertising, and digital trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant. #

What We Want

We are looking for someone who:


Has 6-8 years of experience in advertising/design (agency experience preferred). Demonstrates strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development. Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and up-to-date with emerging tools. Has a deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns. Possesses excellent leadership and team management abilities. Can think strategically, present persuasively, and deliver under deadlines. Embodies Tempest's core values in day-to-day leadership. #
