The Snr Area Sales Manager (Snr ASM) is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by developing distribution networks, appointing distributors, and managing the sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area. Appoint and manage

distributors, super stockists.

Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.

Team Management



Guide and monitor Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives. Conduct joint field visits and ensure daily reporting discipline.

Market & Channel Management



Manage distributor claims, billing, and order flow. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Reporting



Daily reporting of market updates, route coverage, and sales status to ZSM/RSM.

Required Skills



Strong communication & negotiation skills Ability to manage distribution networks Good Excel and MIS reporting skills Target- and result-oriented approach

Qualifications



Graduate (MBA Preferred) 3-6 years of FMCG/food industry experience in channel sales
