Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement growth strategies with a focus on prioritized channel partners.
Expand channel footprint by identifying and appointing new distributors and Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs).
Execute channel coverage and appointment plans aligned with regional priorities.
2. Sales Performance ManagementAchieve monthly sales targets as per growth objectives for the assigned channel.
Conduct regular reviews of current business performance and identify corrective actions.
Lead joint business planning and secondary sales trend analysis with partners.
3. Channel Engagement & Operational ExcellenceDrive operational engagement through regular partner interactions and business reviews.
Ensure proper deployment of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and effective in-market execution.
Review sales forecasts, inventory, collections, and account reconciliation.
4. DSR Management & EnablementRecruit, train, and manage Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs).
Review DSR performance through KPIs like hopper management, activity tracking, and conversion rates.
Create and implement a training calendar to enhance DSR capabilities.
5. Program Implementation & Market DevelopmentWork closely with Channel Marketing to deliver key marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Drive channel-based new business generation through demand creation activities.
Implement Market Development Fund (MDF) calendar and maximize visibility via distributor platforms.
6. Customer & Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with end-user teams to support field execution and demand generation.
Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) to manage leads, opportunities, and program effectiveness.
7. Governance & Continuous ImprovementMaintain pricing discipline, CARE management, and issue resolution within defined timelines.
Set clear performance and self-development goals; conduct monthly 1-on-1s and provide peer recognition.
Identify cross-sell and shelf share gain opportunities; drive targeted conversion programs.
