Dear All Greetings from Portal HR Plus , Madurai Urgent Opening for Sr. Architecture in leading Real Estate Company in Chennai Position Name : Sr. Architecture Qualification : B. Arch / D. Architecture Experience : 6 +yrs Salary : Negotiable Location : Chennai Good Knowledge in CADD & Interior Designer Roles & Responsibilities: Attend Client meetings. Analyse the drawings, check & execute the daily works, provide weekly work schedule to the Sub-contractors. Superimpose the structural drawing over scheme drawing and check the alignment of walls and beams. Coordinate with Structural engineers, Site engineers, M&E Coordinator and Vendors. Do Site markings. Daily record the in & out materials. Analyse the material in need and place the order accordingly. Will rectify all the issues pointed out by the clients to their satisfaction
