Converting design drawings in to well-coordinated GFC documents.
Incorporating all support data from consultants and identifying clashes and coordinating for ease in construction.
Good knowledge of materials, regulations, Office and cads ketchup based software.
Knowledge of calculating quantities and estimates.

1) Will be responsible to create Master Plan, Layout, Concept Design, details Working Drawings, as per guidelines of project architect.
2) Estimating project costs as well as devising plans/ schedules; coordinating with project architects, designers and consultants.
3) Coordinating with RCC & MEP Consultants for ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels & for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances.
4) Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de -bottlenecking.
Preparation of tender drawings/ specifications & finalization of require estimates and BOQ.

1) Quick Conception of Integrated (Architectural - Engineering - Building Services) and analytic design solutions for fast track projects.
2) Must have an excellent skills developed in delivering time-bound projects.
Exceedingly good understanding of rcc, pre-stressed concrete and steel structures.
