Manage end-to-end design and execution of architectural, interior, and landscape projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget, and timelines.
Design & Creative Direction:
Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions with high aesthetic value.
Client Management:
Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations, presenting ideas, and ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Oversight:
Ensure quality and accuracy of design documentation, compliance with codes/regulations, and provide technical mentorship to junior staff.
Consultant & Contractor Coordination:
Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to integrate design and resolve site issues effectively.
Sustainability Focus:
Integrate green building principles and innovative design practices into all project phases.
Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative, ethical, and high-performance culture.
Business Development:
Support proposal development, client outreach, and participate in industry events to drive firm growth.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify and mitigate design, budget, and timeline risks.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all projects adhere to statutory codes, accessibility norms, and approval processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design (M. Arch preferred)
Preferable from an architectural consulting firm and not from the Developer's company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
