Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Javascript Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role involves designing and implementing robust architectural solutions to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable architectural solutions that align with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. Lead the development and maintenance of data management frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility. Oversee the implementation of MDM Architecture to support data governance and compliance. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs and processes to ensure clarity and consistency. Conduct regular assessments of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Ensure that all architectural solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and skills. Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering innovative and effective architectural solutions. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Javascript enabling the development of dynamic and interactive web applications. Demonstrate proficiency in Data Management Functional ensuring efficient data handling and processing. Have extensive experience in MDM Architecture supporting robust data governance frameworks. Show proficiency in Stibo facilitating effective master data management solutions. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is advantageous providing domain-specific insights. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Display excellent communication skills essential for interacting with stakeholders and team members.

Certifications Required

Certified Information Systems Architect (CISA) or equivalent certification in MDM Architecture.
