?Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Planning Teams to ensure integrated project delivery. ?Review and approve Architectural Plans, Sections and Elevation and specifications, and construction documentation. ?Liaise with Consultant and Government Authorities for Approvals and Statutory Compliance. ?Ensure alignment with project schedules, cost, and quality targets.
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of EPC Design & Build methodologies
. ?Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Suite. ?Knowledge of National and International Building Codes. ?Excellent Design, Visualization, and Presentation Skills. ?Proven experience in Cost Estimation and Value Engineering.
