Job Description

Project Leadership

:Oversee design teams and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final completion.

Client Collaboration

:Work with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences to develop appropriate design solutions.

Design & Documentation

:Create and refine building plans, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Technical Oversight

:Provide technical expertise and quality control, ensuring designs are constructible and comply with all relevant codes and regulations.

Project Management

:Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants.

Site Supervision

:Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to the architectural plans and quality standards.

Mentorship

:Guide and supervise junior architects and design staff, providing technical and professional development.

Compliance

:Ensure all designs and projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

:A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Experience

:Proven experience as an architect, with many roles requiring 3-5 or more years of professional experience.

Technical Skills

:Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of BIM technology.
