Job Description

Developing architectural designs in line with client specifications, budget, and local regulatory laws Creating detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software Leading and coordinating the work of a team of architects and drafters Presenting designs, proposals, and progress reports to clients and stakeholders Collaborating with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project Reviewing and managing contracts and tenders Overseeing and guiding the construction process, ensuring that the project adheres to the planned design, quality standards, and safety regulations Managing project deadlines and budgets, and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track Staying updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations Addressing any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
