Location- shivaji Nagar.

JD-

This position requires a high level of expertise, technical knowledge, design proficiency, and leadership capabilities. The Senior Architect is responsible for guiding design teams, providing architectural solutions, ensuring project quality, and serving as a mentor to junior architects.must have Drafting and Technical Skills

Holistic understanding of the site

Collaborate for Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Team Lead / Design Director / Principal architect

Prepare story board for design workshop Presentation

Prepare Presentation for design workshop

Update Drawings as per client inputs

Prepare Presentation for final signoff

Prepare GFMD and coordinate with municipal department in order to finalize the feasibility report

Prepare schematic drawings for consultant

Co-ordination with consultant & clients with resepct to deliverables & timelines

Study and implement inputs given by consultantsDesign skills and knowledge

Knowledge of building and construction

To be thorough and pay attention to detail

Visualizing Skills
