Sr. Architect

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Concept Design & Architectural Planning Site Analysis & Feasibility Studies Preparation of Detailed Drawings & Working Drawings Coordination with Structural, MEP & Interior Teams Compliance with Building Codes, Bye-laws & Approvals Vendor, Contractor & Consultant Coordination 3D Visualization, Renderings & Presentation Drawings Material Selection & Specification Finalization Design Review, Quality Checks & Value Engineering Project Execution Support & Site Visits Ensuring Timely Delivery of Design Packages Client Coordination & Design Requirement Gathering Handling Revisions, BOQs & Technical Documentation Coordination for Municipal Submissions & Permissions Monitoring Design Progress vs Project Timeline
Provide design brief to consultants in co-ordination with management

Review the design shared by the consultant and coordinate with MEP, structure, and liaise with consultants

and issue GFC drawings

Prepare a feasibility report for new projects

Monitor schedules for timely completion

Attend review meetings at the site with the site team and management

Select mockup samples for furnishing show, and sample flats for approval

Able to create presentations and 3D plans with mockup elevation and unit plans

Must have knowledge of DCR and hands-on experience in the Mumbai real estate industry

Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
