The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions. The role involves managing design teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design development and architectural planning for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
Review and approve drawings, materials, and specifications.
Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design intent is followed.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Registration with the local architectural council is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, project management, or related roles.
Experience in leading large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred.
