Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead and oversee interior architecture projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with the company's design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept development through to detailed drawings and execution.

Prepare architectural drawings, space planning, layouts, and design presentations.

Oversee and guide junior architects and design team members.

Coordinate with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct site visits, supervise execution, and ensure adherence to design intent.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Review and approve material selections, specifications, and BOQs.

Present design proposals and modifications to clients with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

1+ years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Revit, Lumion, or Enscape knowledge is a plus.

Proven experience managing projects and leading design teams.

Excellent understanding of interior detailing, materials, and design execution.

Strong communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
