Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and design vendors. Review architectural drawings received from consultants for compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards. Coordinate design corrections, revisions, and approvals with vendors and internal teams. Handle and track statutory approvals and NOCs including

KMBR, Municipality, Fire, PCB, RERA, etc.

Act as a single-point coordinator between design consultants, site teams, and management. Conduct regular site visits to ensure drawings are implemented correctly and resolve site-related design queries. Maintain documentation related to drawings, approvals, revisions, and submissions. Support project execution by ensuring timely design inputs and approval clearances. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Interior teams for clash resolution and constructability.

Key Requirements

B.Arch / M.Arch qualification. Strong working knowledge of

KMBR and statutory approval procedures

. Ability to read, review, and interpret architectural and coordination drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp knowledge is an added advantage). Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills. Practical understanding of site execution and real-estate workflows. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and tracking skills.
