Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 4-5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project execution within the real estate or construction sector. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills -- and a passion for delivering exceptional design concepts from blueprint to reality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative architectural designs and detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Prepare 3D visualizations, conceptual designs, and presentation materials. Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained through execution. Stay updated with industry trends, building materials, and sustainable design practices.
Skills & Expertise Required

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and related architectural visualization tools. Strong understanding of building codes, design principles, and construction techniques. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). Minimum 4-5 years of relevant architectural experience in real estate or construction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
