Role Overview

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and creative Interior Architect

who is highly skilled in

AutoCAD-based interior and furniture drawings

. The role requires strong

technical detailing

,

client coordination

, and the ability to translate design intent into

execution-ready drawings

for residential and commercial interior projects.

This role sits at the

core of design-to-execution coordination

.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior & Furniture Drawings (Core Responsibility)

Prepare

detailed AutoCAD drawings

including: Furniture details (wardrobes, beds, kitchens, vanities, loose furniture) Joinery drawings with material, thickness, finishes, and hardware details Section details, elevations, blow-up details Ceiling plans, flooring layouts, wall panelling details Develop

execution-ready drawings

that can be directly used by site teams and carpenters Ensure drawings are

clear, coordinated, and error-free

2. Interior Coordination Drawings

Prepare and coordinate: Electrical layouts Lighting plans Plumbing points related to interiors HVAC coordination where required Cross-check all drawings to avoid site clashes

3. Client Coordination

Attend

client meetings

(online / in-person) to: Explain drawings and design intent Incorporate client feedback logically and practically Maintain professional communication with clients during the design stage Ensure changes are documented and updated in drawings

4. Design & Creative Contribution

Support senior designers in: Concept development Material and finish selections Propose creative solutions that are: Practical for execution Cost-aware Aesthetically aligned with the design concept Maintain consistency in design language across spaces

5. Site & Execution Support

Coordinate with: Site engineers Contractors Carpenters and vendors Clarify drawings and resolve execution queries Assist in preparing

revised drawings

based on site conditions

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills (Must Have)

Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D interiors & furniture detailing)

Excellent understanding of: Interior materials Furniture construction methods Hardware & fittings
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
