Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior Architect will be responsible for

architectural planning, design development, statutory compliance, and multi-disciplinary coordination

to ensure timely and quality execution of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Planning

Prepare and review

concept designs, layout plans, working drawings, and GFC drawings

Ensure designs meet

project requirements, budgets, timelines, and local regulations

Review consultant drawings for

architectural intent and constructability

2. Coordination (Core Responsibility)

Coordinate with

structural, MEP, landscape, facade, and interior consultants

Coordinate with

site engineers, project managers, and contractors

for execution Resolve

design conflicts, site issues, and drawing discrepancies

Act as a

single point of contact

between consultants, site, and management
3. Site & Execution Support

Conduct

regular site visits

to monitor architectural compliance Support site team with

design clarifications and technical guidance

Ensure execution as per

approved drawings and specifications

4. Statutory & Authority Coordination

Coordinate for

sanction drawings and approvals

with local authorities Ensure compliance with

development control rules, fire norms, and building codes

5. Quality & Documentation

Maintain

drawing records, revisions, and approvals

Ensure

quality standards

in architectural finishes and materials Participate in

material finalization and mock-up approvals

6. Team & Vendor Management

Guide junior architects and drafting team Coordinate with

external architects, design consultants, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
