Job Title: Senior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-
quality design, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and project
managers to develop innovative and feasible architectural solutions.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior architects, fostering their growth and
development within the company.
Oversee and participate in the preparation of design concepts, drawings, and construction
documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives, and
translate them into well-defined design proposals.
Conduct thorough site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather crucial information for
project planning and execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating sustainable
practices into architectural designs whenever possible.
As a Senior Architect, leadership is at the core of your role. You will be responsible for
guiding and inspiring a team of professionals, driving the successful completion of projects,
and ensuring the overall growth of the architectural department. Your leadership skills will
empower you to make critical decisions, resolve challenges, and foster a collaborative

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
8-12 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering architectural projects.
Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per month
