Profile - Sr Architect

Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

Experience - Min. 5+ yrs in commercial , residential and traditional projects (must Strong proficiency in architectural design software Revit)(knowledge of complete end to end project handling , concept developer , project management , closer ect.)

A

Senior Architect

is responsible for leading the architectural design and execution process from concept to project closure. They ensure the design meets client requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals. Proficiency in

Revit

enables efficient BIM-based design, documentation, and coordination across disciplines.

Conceptualization & Design Development

Lead the

concept development

phase based on client brief and site analysis. Develop

schematic designs

, master plans, and preliminary visualizations using Revit. Provide innovative and practical design solutions considering aesthetics, function, and sustainability. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine design intent and ensure alignment with client expectations.

2. Detailed Design & Documentation

Prepare detailed

working drawings, construction documents

, and specifications using

Revit BIM tools

. Coordinate structural, MEP, and landscape services within the architectural model. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and design standards. Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and clash detection reports via BIM.

3. Project Management & Execution

Manage

end-to-end project lifecycle

, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Conduct regular design and site coordination meetings with consultants, engineers, and contractors. Supervise site execution for architectural conformity and resolve design-site conflicts. Monitor progress and ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets.

4. Client Handling & Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the

primary point of contact

for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Present designs and project updates to clients and incorporate feedback. Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and compliances.

5. Team Leadership & Mentoring

Guide and mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and interns in Revit and project workflows. Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure team performance and output quality. Foster innovation and learning within the design team.

6. Traditional Architecture Expertise (if applicable)

Integrate

vernacular/traditional design elements

in modern architecture where applicable. Preserve cultural aesthetics and contextual relevance in heritage or traditional projects.

7. Project Closure

Lead the final project handover including as-built drawings, project reports, and closure documentation. Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and client feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
