Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, functionality, and innovation.

Produce conceptual drawings, renderings, mood boards, and documents.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Coordinate with customers during the design and construction stages.

Conduct on-site visits to ensure adherence to design and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

4+ years of relevant experience (preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Rhino, MS Office, and Excel.

Strong attention to detail and visualization skills.

Knowledge of building products, construction details, and MEP and structural design.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Ability to manage multiple projects within budgets and timelines.

Skills Required:

Drafting and detailing of architectural plans.

Expertise in layout, color, lighting, and material selection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
