Sr. Architect (Design & Execution)

Minimum 5 years

in architectural design & project execution

Salary:

Up to ₹40,000/month (as per experience and expertise)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and oversee architectural designs and project layouts. Supervise junior architects and coordinate across teams. Prepare and review working drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates. Collaborate with MEP consultants for integrated service planning. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and design accuracy. Interact with clients and deliver efficient, aesthetic, and practical solutions. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

, and other design software. Strong understanding of construction techniques, detailing, and material usage. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
