Manoj Kala & Associates is looking for a Senior Architect with strong design sensibility and technical expertise to join our growing architectural practice. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, concept drawings, working drawings, and detailed layouts
Develop project plans from concept to execution stage
Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
Ensure projects adhere to local building by-laws, codes, and regulations
Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
Interact with clients for design discussions and approvals
Guide junior architects and draftsmen when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing
Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects independently
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects
Good understanding of site execution and coordination
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
