Are you a passionate and experienced machine learning engineer with a focus on natural language processing (NLP)? Do you have a strong background in deep learning and a track record of delivering successful projects? If so, we want you to join our team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to push the boundaries of what\'s possible with NLP and computer vision, experimenting with the latest models and techniques to solve complex business problems. You should have experience with document classification, image classification, and software acceleration of training and inference. Experience with document Q&A, weak supervision, few shot/zero shot learning is a plus. You will work with a talented team of engineers and cross-functional partners to develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, analyze data, and drive business outcomes.

• Design and implement machine learning models using NLP techniques to solve complex business problems
• Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 6-8+ years of relevant experience
• Solid software development skills in Python/C++/Java
• Experience in training transformer-based language models and their variants (T5, BART, BERT etc)
• Knowledge of transformer architecture and impacts of modifying the same
• Experience in using GPUs to train deep learning models
• Good knowledge of solving industrial problems using deep learning models with NLP related use-cases
• Strong understanding of model compression via parameter quantization, distillation, teacher-student training techniques
• Strong understanding of large language models, and prompting approaches
• Strong understanding of AI quality evaluation metrics
• Experience in reading papers and implementing algorithms described in papers
• An advanced degree in computer science (MS/PhD) with a major in Natural Language Processing
