JOB SUMMARY:

Role and Responsibilities-

We are seeking for an experienced HRBP to support our digital team. This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, learning & development (L&D), performance management, HR operations, organizational structure, engagement etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage recruitment for tech roles and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Learning & Development: Implement L&D programs focused on skill-building and employee growth. HR Operations: Oversee HR processes related to employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive, engaged work environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years of HRBP experience, with a focus on tech/digital roles. Bachelors in B.Tech is preferred. MBA-HR/PGDM is a must (MBA 2023 & 2024 passout) Strong knowledge of tech industry roles and HR processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy with experience in HR systems and tools.
