Purpose

To work on the New Migrations/existing entities with a candidate having 3-5 years of experience in General accounting & Project Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Creation
  • Update of Budget and creation of new tasks in ERP
  • Providing Analysis of project cost
  • Regular review with Project Manager
  • Prepare Project cost status report and submit periodically.
  • Assist in Project closure (Soft/Permanent)
  • Accounting of IC invoices
  • Interaction/Co-ordination with procurement, Finance and Business for the details required for Project Accounting activities.
  • Assist in Month end close activities.
  • Updating of Process documentation
  • Performing CPX and HFM reporting
Education and Experience
  • Graduation/ Post-Graduate in finance and accounts which provides skills to understand financial processes. Preferably B. Com /M. Com/MBA in finance
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in general accounting & Project Accounting.
Knowledge, Skill and Capabilities
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and to work in a team.
  • It is a plus to have experience in working with Global Business Service Fi.
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Experience in Oracle, Epicor and Power BI will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues/business partners at all levels with different cultures
