: Role Summary/Purpose: The Customer Activation Surveillance Analyst will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing Productivity and is responsible reviewing and testing relevant job tasks performed by the Card Solutions and Statement Solutions teams for completeness and accuracy. Responsibilities include developing relevant testing scripts and procedures as well as quality metrics and reporting. This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:
Review and understand relevant Job Aids and process documentation for both the Card Solutions and Statement Solutions teams.
Develop testing scripts and procedures for job tasks performed by the Card Solutions and Statement Solutions teams.
Perform tests of job tasks performed by the Card Solutions and Statement Solutions teams for completeness and accuracy.
Develop quality reporting for testing results
Perform any special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 0-2 years of experience, or in lieu of degree 2-4 years of experience
Minimum 1-2 years of Marketing compliance, operations or productivity experience in a corporate environment
Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated strength in analytical skills with heavy detail (finance, risk, operations) and process improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project or similar project management applications.
Shift Timings : 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (IST)
