Roles & Responsibilities




Ensure timely GST return filings, 2B reconciliation, ITC utilization and compliance with GST rules and regulations. Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring accuracy in trial balance, preparation and review of the balance sheet for finalization of accounts. Manage tax litigations and assessments by coordinating with consultants, auditors and statutory authorities. Ensure all IT returns and TDS returns are filed within the prescribed timeframe. Act as the primary escalation point of vendor and customer for accounting-related concerns. Resolve disputes, reconcile accounts and ensure smooth relationships. Conduct internal reviews and audits of financial processes to ensure statutory compliance by following company policies. Analyze financial and operational data to identify business problems, risks and opportunities. Providing insights to management for decision-making. Support the execution of statutory audits, tax audits and compliance reviews. Ensuring timely closure and minimal audit remarks. Maintain control over working capital and cash flow, ensuring funds availability for vendor payments, customer settlements and operational needs. Develop, manage and monitor budgets. Forecast financial performance and analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions. Develop and implement strategies to control costs for optimizing resource utilization. Implement and monitor ERP/SAP accounting processes; drive automation and process improvements for efficiency. Mentor, guide, develop the accounts team to build strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Skills




Strong knowledge of GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, IT/TDS return filings, vendor/customer accounting issues and audit processes. Proven ability to handle tax litigations, vendor disputes and customer reconciliations. Expertise in ERP/SAP/Tally and advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business problems, financial risks and provide strategic insights. Business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities to support growth and long-term decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership skills. High ethical standards, integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial data.

Qualification & Experience




CA (Chartered Accountant) * Minimum 10+ years of experience
