JD - IT SOX Coordinator: * Act as the central point of contact for all SOX-related activities across IT and business functions.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and SOX 404 requirements.
• Coordinate with process/control owners to ensure timely execution of SOX controls.
• Maintain SOX documentation including RACM, narratives, and test evidence.
• Support internal and external auditors during walkthroughs, testing, and reviews.
• Track and monitor open issues, deficiencies, and remediation plans to closure.
• Prepare periodic status reports and dashboards for management on SOX compliance progress.
• Ensure evidence collection meets audit standards and is delivered on time.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and IT teams to strengthen control effectiveness.
• Assist in training control owners on SOX requirements and audit expectations.
