Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role years of experience in business or functional architecture, business process design, and technology integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and team collaboration
Prior experience working on cross-functional teams in business or functional architecture projects
Successful involvement in the implementation of business or functional solutions
Experience in business or functional architecture project management or coordination
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus
Relevant certifications or advanced training a plus
