Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

o Assist in audit and compliance activities, working closely with senior team members. o Perform basic audit procedures, tests, and reviews under guidance. o Contribute to the preparation of audit workpapers and documentation. o Collaborate with colleagues on audit-related tasks and projects. o Develop a foundational understanding of audit and compliance practices. o Execute basic risk assessments and control evaluations. o Participate in discussions with business units to gain insights into processes and controls. o Provide input on basic process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience o Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role in audit and compliance o Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance processes o A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

o Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field is a plus o Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a plus
