Key Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills / Knowledge

1. Python Development

Strong hands-on coding experience (scripts, automation, data processing). Knowledge / Experience with pandas, openpyxl, MySQL connectors, APIs, XML/JSON handling. Ability to build reusable automation workflows. Knowledge of Python scheduling, logging, error handling.

2. Laravel PHP

Experience developing REST APIs and backend modules. Knowledge of Blade templates, controllers, middleware, authentication. Experience integrating external APIs and SAP RFC backend calls (SOAP/XML preferred).

3. SQL / Database (MariaDB / MySQL)

Strong SQL querying, optimization, stored procedures, indexing. Experience with database design and schema changes. Ability to work with large datasets (GBRT, Horizon, O2C data loads).

4. AI / Data Basics

Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts (LLMs, classification, NLP). Ability to integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure, etc.). Basic text processing for contract reading or anomaly detection.

5. Version Control

Git / GitHub or GitLab experience.

6. Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field. Finance Knowledge is preferred

7. Experience

1 to 3 years in IT/ Finance ( Finance domain knowledge is an advantage).
