Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Pan India

Immediate to 15 days

Main skillsets :

12 + years exp with expertise is HCM cloud extract, BI reporting, Data Migration, OIC ( nice to have )

Skills and Responsibilities

Should have at least 3 Implementation Experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud. Work on building interfaces, reports, testing and deployment assistance. Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design. Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues/problems. Able to give training and facilitate relevant workshops. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will need to work independently with business user's Excellent customer facing skills. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Overall 7+ years of experience and should have 5+ years of core experience in HCM Cloud modules - Global HR, Absence, Recruiting & Talent Modules. Hands-on experience in Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization. Should have strong experience in HDL & Design Studio. Should be able to debug issues and provide on call support based on project needs. Excellent experience in end-to-end implementation Good knowledge on Quarterly Releases. Should be able to Write and execute test cases independently.

Nice to have skills:

Experience with client facing role. Certifications in any stream of HCM Cloud Modules Techno-Functional Experience.
