About the Role
As a Senior Analyst in Target's HR Shared Services, you will lead the resolution of complex, escalated, or sensitive administrative tasks related to leave of absence (LOA) and accommodations. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with on-site HR, internal stakeholders, Ops leadership, the Leave and Disability team, and team members to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-centric outcomes.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for your peers, and uphold the highest standards of judgment, documentation, and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead escalated or complex LOA administrative cases and accommodation requests, including
medical

Support or lead
process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum
8 years
of experience in
leave administration

accommodations

employee relations,
or
HR operations
.
Strong knowledge of labor laws including
ADA, FMLA, PWD Act
, and related compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated
critical thinking

capabilities.
Proven ability to

Advanced proficiency in
