Job Title: Sr. Analyst Global Compensation & Benefits Locations: Ahmedabad / Pune / Bangalore/ Remote Reports to : Director, Global Compensation & Benefits A quick snapshot With the role of Senior Analyst Global Compensation & Benefits, you will assist in designing, implementing, and executing the Annual Compensation Plan and Annual Incentive Plan. You will also oversee the CTC structure and maintain the data integrity in Workday. You will participate in Salary Surveys and benefits policies and Programs and make appropriate recommendations. You will act as a subject matter expert to the people partners team and participate in decision-making. You will play a critical role at Conga, by bringing your expertise in global compensation planning, job benchmarking, and benefits for employees to the company to make our offer more competitive in the market. You will deal with external partners for Salary Surveys and global benefits. Are you the person we\'re looking for Related experience. Ideally, more than 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits will be suitable for this role as it demands good expertise in these areas. Influence change. You form quality, robust recommendations through the knowledge you acquire, data sources, and existing processes - and you use those recommendations to create scalable solutions that will help immediately and in the future. Excel skills and Power BI . You know how to work in Excel and use different formulas including Macros, Access, Pivot table, etc. Power BI is something that you are dealing with every day. Data and Analytics. You have deep analytical skills, pay attention to details, and can utilize data to influence decision-making. External partners and Third Parties . You are skilled in managing external partners for salary surveys and global benefits by ensuring the submissions meet deadlines. You are also good at dealing with third-party administrators to resolve employee claim issues and inquiries as needed. Education.
