This position is a part of the Data Management and Reporting team. This is a global team supporting our global and regional CPW businesses and helping the larger Analytics team and regional/global business teams to get access to seamless business intelligence through user friendly reports. Team is based out of Lausanne (Switzerland) and the job role is out of Mumbai, India. Our Data Management and Reporting team is made of data engineers, data visualizers and storytellers. We are looking for an experienced data & analytics professional (Senior Analyst) to lead business intelligence and stakeholder management for United Kingdom & Ireland. The role will involve becoming the trusted advisor of the UK and Ireland local insights and e-commerce managers. Additionally, this person will be the in-house tools champion for varied users (for UK & Ireland and Globally) for the RMS and HH Panel data. Key Accountabilities - Create and maintain user friendly and well-designed visual tools/dashboards using BI tools mostly in Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Circana (IRI Market Advantage tool), Nielsen Discover, Euromonitor, Inhouse Panel Data Portal & Answer Rocket (Inhouse diagnostic tool) for the UK and Ireland business. - Accountable for designing, developing, deploying interactive & intuitive data Visualizations for regional (especially for United Kingdom and Ireland) and global stakeholders (per the requirements of the role) - Demonstrate ability to listen and understand stakeholder requirement, quickly build a design that end users can leverage it for answering the questions in their use cases. - Understanding of database and the ability to design and develop a capability (report / dashboard) from scratch. It is important to be able to provide requirements to database developers to have the right data and structure in Production environment that is necessary to build performant visualizations. - Deliver projects independently within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor\'s degree from a government recognized institution with certification in Engineering or Computer Application (BE/B. Tech/BCA) - 5+ years of experience in business reporting/intelligence - CPG data (POS, Panel etc.) and is aware of usage of key facts & attributes is strongly favored. Knowledge of Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor tools is a definite advantage. - Prior experience of automation of reports/dashboards - Prior experience of stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications - Master\'s degree from a government recognized institution with certification in Engineering or Computer Application (ME/M. Tech/MCA) - Prior working knowledge of - Tableau desktop/Power BI, MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Spreadsheets), coding knowledge of SQL - Good understanding on MS Office suite and VBA Macro-based report automation will be preferred.
