Summary of Function:
This role will be responsible for driving the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across financial systems and processes, with a primary focus on Oracle ERP. This role will also contribute to Oracle projects and system enhancements, ensuring master data processes are aligned with project deliverables and business objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration and expertise in financial data management, performing data quality checks, and to maintain a single source of truth for critical business data, enabling effective decision making and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage master data records (customers, vendors, materials, finance etc.) in Oracle ERP and related financial systems.
• Ensure accurate processing of data requests from business units per agreed SLA.
• Maintain and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align data standards.
• Identify gaps in data processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Support and drive automation initiatives to streamline master data management processes.
• Support Oracle projects by participating in system upgrades, migrations and new module implementations.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and data management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Ability to identify data issues and implement corrective actions.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a global audit environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work across global team.
• Analytical mindset with attention to details.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management on financial systems, preferably Oracle ERP.
