Overview:

Arch Systems is seeking a

Senior AI Data Scientist/Engineer

to join our growing analytics and innovation team. This is a

remote role based in India

, supporting US clients in the

Eastern Time Zone

. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in AI/ML with experience delivering scalable models, building pipelines, and deploying end-to-end AI solutions in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Client Stakeholders) to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Work on multi-modal AI, NLP, computer vision, and time-series data projects as needed. Drive experimentation, model evaluation, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning. Document processes, models, and performance clearly for both technical and business teams. Stay updated on the latest research and apply cutting-edge techniques when appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist. Proven experience with Python, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks. Hands-on with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle (data preparation, modeling, deployment, monitoring). Solid understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, CV, LLMs, embeddings, or generative models. Familiar with containerization (Docker), REST APIs, and scalable model serving architectures. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, etc.). Familiarity with data engineering workflows (ETL/ELT, Spark, DBT, etc.). Prior consulting or client-facing experience with US-based organizations. Knowledge of privacy-preserving AI, federated learning, or edge AI is a plus.
