Sr. AI Analyst - 2 to 5 Years - Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Summary -
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior AI Analyst to join a specialized AI unit focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex business problems across the insurance value chain. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying cutting-edge AI techniques to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Location -
Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Responsibilities -

• Design and implement AI-based solutions across the life insurance value chain with end-to-end integration.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and validate business hypotheses.
• Build, validate, and monitor ML and GenAI models to ensure consistent performance.
• Research and apply advanced AI techniques such as deep learning and generative AI to business problems.
• Present analytical findings and model outputs to key stakeholders effectively.

Requirements -

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related quantitative field from a Tier 1/2 institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning or AI models.
• Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of PySpark, SQL, and TensorFlow preferred.
• Hands-on experience with supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms and Generative AI (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills with a self-starter mindset.
