We're looking for a dynamic Sr. Affiliate Manager (CPL-Desktop Delivery) to manage, grow, and optimize affiliate partnerships. The role involves driving acquisition strategies, scaling campaigns, and ensuring top performance across verticals like: Insurance, Finance, Sweepstakes, Loan, Home Warranty, Survey, Mortgage, Auto Warranty, dating, extension, Nutra, Casino, CC submit, VOD.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate/publisher relationships.
2. Monitor performance metrics & optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
3. Manage web performance-based campaigns (CPL & CPA) end-to-end.
4. Ensure consistent monetization and efficient delivery rollouts.
5. Oversee publisher relationships: from budget allocation to margin realization.
6. Monitor and analyse affiliate performance (weekly/monthly/annually); define and share key KPIs.
7. Oversee media buying and arbitrage focused on performance delivery.
8. Understand desktop campaign models such as CPL, CPA and CPS.
9. Demonstrate a strong command of performance marketing terminologies and concepts.
10. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as Retention Rate, EPC, and ROI.
11. Strategize and drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned verticals and geographies.
12. Devise and implement growth strategies to increase market share across digital platforms.
13. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of client KPIs and high ROI for performance-driven campaigns.
Required Skills & Attributes:
1. Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
2. In-depth knowledge of Affiliate Marketing & CPL/CPS/CPA models.
3. Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
4. High ownership & self-starter attitude.
5. Proficiency with platforms like Everflow, Has Offers, Affise, Offer18, Offerslook, Cake or in- house platform.
6. Excellent time management & organizational skills.
7. 2-5 years of experience in Ad Sales.
8. Proven track record in running CPL, CPS, CPA, CPI campaigns.
9. Experience with ad networks or performance marketing platforms.
10. Familiarity with clients in Tier-1 countries.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
1. Understanding of traffic compliance policies & TCPA regulations
2. 2-5 years of relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing
3. Strong skills in Publisher Relationship Management and Onboarding.
4. Proven ability in Publisher Onboarding and Campaign Execution.
5. A deep and analytical understanding of performance marketing metrics and trends.
