• BE/ME in Computer Science or Electronics with minimum of 10+ years Software development experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or a similar role, with at least 10 years in software development.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience of developing Systems, Software or Tools for end to end data flow in large systemso Communication protocols like CAN, A429 etco Network protocols like A664o Lead complex feature development from customer requirements to deployment

• Experience demonstrating you can:

• Develop and maintain software architecture plans and design high-level system structures that meet business requirements and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software products.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and technical guidelines.
• Expertise in software architecture patterns, such as microservices, SOA, and distributed systems.
• Mentor and coach junior software architects and developers, fostering their professional growth.
• Advanced C# .NET skills - primarily .NET Core onwards
• Demonstrated ability to implement features through the full lifecycle from requirements, design, implementation and deploy using solid software practices such as:

• Design patterns, trunk-based development, domain driven design, feature toggling
• Deep skill in unit testing, integration, and acceptance testing - demonstrated high coverage.
• Experience with using and contributing to Honeywell DevOps system - AutoMate, Openshift, AKS, Test Automation. (Internal candidate only)
• Demonstrated CI/CD experience.

Secondary skills

• Experience with implementing feature toggling strategies using services such as Launch Darkly
• Experience operating and supporting Kubernetes deployments.
• Demonstrated experienced in complex cloud, event-based services.
• Can onboard and get started with new development environment in less than 12 hours.
• Experience enterprise integration (ENT) patterns. E.g. messaging systems.
• Experience with Ontology / Domain based modelling
• Experience with Docker and Container technologies
• Experience with developing using Document based Databases - e.g. Mongodb, Cosmosdb
• Experience with redundancy and high-availability cloud systems
• Effective at rapidly delivering services to the cloud
• Experience with .NET based UI development - Blazor experience.
