Job Description

As a Sr Advanced Project Engr here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.


In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from initiation to completion Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop project plans and define project scope, goals, and deliverables Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
