Ideal candidates have 7+ years of technical program management experience with next-generation software product development programs. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build influential partnerships are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The

Sr Advanced Project Engineer

will work closely with Line of Business leaders and business units to ensure that large cross-organizational programs are planned appropriately and executed within the committed timeline and budget, collaborating with Global Business Enterprise leaders, partners, and cross-functional leaders. Drive the execution of the HTCS Software Product Development Lifecycle on the Connected Buildings Platform by ensuring the entire product lifecycle process is followed, including business case development, proof of concept, development, testing, and full product launch. Work closely with stakeholders such as Product UX, Engineering, Customer Support, Product Security, and Customer Success to ensure high-quality customer experiences, resolve issues, and ensure successful product launches. Recommend and advocate for improvements to existing products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product security, product management, and operations to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Possess technical proficiency in software development and leadership skills to guide teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional and operations teams on go-to-market strategy, successful development/testing, and smooth deployment of new products.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science PMP Certification Required 7+ years of experience in Software Product Development project management experience Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong leadership and communication skills
