Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers to design and develop advanced hardware solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in hardware design and development Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hardware engineering processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design and development Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools Experience with hardware testing and validation
