Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Management & Conversion:
? Manage and convert leads for our prestigious certification programs in collaboration
with IIT.
? Counseling:
? Provide detailed and insightful guidance to prospective learners via phone, email, chat,
and social media.
? Sales Funnel Management:
? Oversee the entire sales funnel--track inquiries, resolve student queries, follow up
diligently, and manage enrollments and registrations.
? High Conversion Rate:
? Achieve high conversion rates from all lead sources (telephonic, forwarded, and
referrals) to meet performance targets.
? Event Coordination:
? Engage with potential clients by attending events, seminars, and organizing webinars
and information sessions.
? Client Information:
? Gather and update accurate client information through calls and video sessions and
ensure timely updates on the CRM portal.
? Operational Monitoring:
? Monitor and ensure the creation of schedules and other operational tasks as per the
Turnaround Time (TAT).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
