Role Overview

The Admissions Manager will lead and manage the school's admissions function, ensuring achievement of enrolment targets while maintaining a strong parent experience and brand reputation. This role combines strategy, team leadership, process ownership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the annual admissions strategy aligned with enrolment targets Lead, train, and monitor the Admissions Counsellor(s) and support staff Track and analyse enquiry, conversion, and admission funnel metrics Plan and oversee outreach initiatives, open houses, school tours, and events Ensure timely follow-ups, parent engagement, and closure of applications Coordinate with academic, finance, transport, and hostel teams for seamless onboarding Handle complex parent queries, escalations, and high-value admissions Maintain accuracy and integrity of admissions data, MIS, and reporting Ensure compliance with school policies, documentation, and regulatory norms Represent the school professionally with external partners, consultants, and feeder institutions

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Education, or related field 5-8 years of experience in school admissions, education sales, or counselling Prior experience leading an admissions or sales team preferred
