Responsibilities Include



Supporting monthly closing process and regular reports for Corp/ BUs ensuring accuracy of the financials - Commercial Sales Reports, Sales Walk, HC, SG&A & Working Capital Reports, identifying and analyzing any unexpected variances while taking stakeholder inputs. Supporting Budget and Forecast process by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth process run with good understanding on the subject knowledge w.r.to P&L & Working Capital with clarity. Handle ad-hoc requests from Stakeholders promptly and effectively. Supporting Business continuity plan including creating SOPs for activities performed and cross training to support team.
Looking out for Continuous Improvement ideas within existing process and partnering with IT for automation and digitization ideas.

Qualifications



The following are required for the role



Master//'s in finance, accounting, business, or related field Minimum 2- 3 years of progressive Finance experience in FP&A Good understanding of Budgeting & Forecasting process with good communication skills in English - fluency in verbal & written Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment across different time zones * Advanced MS Excel, Power BI working experience & familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem.
